A senior managing director of investments with the Miami offices of Marcus & Millichap, Alex Zylberglait holds current Florida licensure as both a real estate broker and a mortgage broker. He is also a certified commercial investment member through the Commercial Real Estate Institute and an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Alex Zylberglait’s recent accomplishments at Marcus & Millichap include handling an $8.3 million office building listing in Kendall, Florida, and a $13 million industrial property in Aventura, Florida.
While serving as senior managing director of investments, Alex Zylberglait represented a high net worth family from 2010 to 2011 as a vice president of investments. Over this year, he oversaw a complex disposition of a challenging South Florida commercial property.
In addition to his work at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Zylberglait sits on boards and committees with multiple community organizations. He also instructs students as an adjunct professor with Miami’s Florida International University.
